Question about Cygnett Charge Up
Is it normal that this powerbank gets extremely hot when charging? You can hardly touch it at the corner where the cable is plugged in because it gets so hot.

No, the power bank may become warm during the charging process, but not "excessively" hot. You are welcome to bring the powerbank to our shop.
