Yes, in French-speaking Switzerland, it works with the Lausanne library.

However, I find searching the Onleihe (or any website) on the PocketBook (or any eInk device) rather tedious. I borrow the books on the iPad or PC and then use "read externally" to send the link to the device via the PocketBook Sync mail address (xyz.@pbsync). The book is automatically loaded there when the link is opened. This works well, even if the email takes a while to appear on the device.
