Question about Varta Slim 12000
Is it possible to charge a notebook with this powerbank, which is normally charged via a USB C power supply unit with 45 watts?
On my HP Spectre x360 (2016), charging with this (and other, similar) power banks only works when it is completely switched off, and even then only extremely slowly.
