Yes, if compatible means: both run with the Logitech Unifying software, which can be used to define the mouse's button assignment, for example. And also the functioning of multiple devices via a single Unifying receiver, which logically saves a USB connection. But they can also be operated with the respective receiver straight out of the box without software. In that sense, any mouse would probably be compatible with it.
