I would like to buy headphones with the budget 100-150 fr.should I buy these or others? (I want black ones with bass that don't let any sound out or in).

Some customers describe these headphones as having a "bass-heavy, well-balanced sound".

So it could be something for you :)

Regarding the sound emission towards the outside: it is a closed headphone, the emission towards the outside should be limited.
