Question about Geneva Touring/S+

5-6 hours. The device has a problem when not in use. You often have to plug it in again for it to come back on when the battery is full. I've already returned it under warranty and the only thing I've done is damage the caster. Thank you Galaxus for the appalling service! The sound is good but the quality is Chinese, very Chinese!

Only the gods know! Sometimes one way, sometimes another. I wanted to contact a support centre because with DAB+ stations, only the station name appears fixed but no music title bar. And I also wanted to ask why the battery charge is so different. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find a GENEVA support centre. Or am I perhaps looking in the wrong place?
