Question about HP EliteDisplay E273q

I bought 2 monitors for work reasons. When I tried to install them today, I discovered that the power supply does not fit into the socket. The specification says that a suitable adapter is included. What would this look like? Pretty sure I didn't see one in the packaging.... Thanks in advance.
