Question about Cygnett ChargeUp Pro
does pass through charging work? Can I charge the PowerBook with usb and the iPad iPhone at the same time ? Which charger is recommended? Which usb a or usb c ports should I use in this case?

Unfortunately the ChargeUp Pro does not support pass through charging.
The fastest way to charge an iPad or iPhone would be to use a lightning to USB-C cable (which is only available to be purchased from Apple). If you are not able to get your hands on one of these cables, the fastest way would be a standard lightning cable plugged into the blue coloured USB-A port.
The fastest way to recharge the powerbank would be with a USB-C to USB-C cord that is plugged into a wall outlet.

No, pass-through does not work. When you charge the battery pack with a USB-C charger, the USB-A outputs are not operational.
Works without problems for my Dell XPS13 (2018) and my Nintendo Switch with USB-C to USB-C cable, even simultaneous charging of the mobile on the USB-A port is no problem.
PassThrough will not work for MacBook etc., as only 1 USB-C port is available (input and output). Not yet tested with phone.
