    Spikes well, but...

    Today I would probably dig deeper into my pocket and buy a decent sharpening machine from a reputable manufacturer.

    • Sharpens pencils quickly and sharply

    Contra

    • Pointed roller falls out when cranked to wrong side
    • Thin plastic, looks cheap and not particularly stable
