purchased this productComplaints are cumbersome and not very customer-friendly - on the phone you are referred to the processes... perhaps switch to voice robots and corresponding recognition software in the near future?
Item was delivered with broken seal and without stand. Congratulations!!! Who packs something like that?
Since this is the second time I've been the schmuck who has to go to customer service and go through a very elaborate procedure, I'm suitably charged. The last time I resigned myself very quickly and wrote to the manufacturer directly. They were then much less complicated than Digitec. I have been a customer for more than a decade.... but lately this online retailer is losing track of its processes. Too bad!
