Super happy - why is Drift only an insider tip?!

I am more than happy with my Drift. I bought it to record my motorbike tours for myself. I am not a professional when it comes to technology or cameras. I was able to use the Drift immediately and clearly. The quality of the video is perfect in my eyes.

Reasons for purchase for me were:
    - Video tagging
    - Long battery
    - Rotatable lens

    Video tagging:
Very pleasant and intuitive. I can concentrate 100% on driving while the camera films in loop mode but does not save the footage. As soon as something exciting happens, I press a button and the camera finally saves a previously defined interval. After that, it continues filming for some time and then goes back into loop mode. This saves me from having to sort out unnecessary material and also gives me more space on the card.

    Long battery:
I used to have a GoPro Hero Black 4 and took it with me for a long via ferrata. Not knowing when it was going to get exciting, I kept the recording going all the time. The result was that I had one battery in the camera and charged the second GoPro battery in my backpack using a charging battery, and I had to change it every 30 minutes or so. Horror. With the drift, I could have easily got away with one battery. Love it.

    Rotating lens:
It's such a dream that with the Drift you don't need a million extra things to mount it on your helmet or anywhere else. Since you can rotate the lens directly on the camera, you don't need a "knee" to keep the camera mounted "upright". As a result, the drift is mounted tightly to the helmet and doesn't stick out on its side like it usually does.

I am super happy with my Drift. It doesn't always have to be the market leader. In the case of action cameras, Drift is even the better alternative.

Great camera and definitely an alternative to the GoPro

Super action camera that takes good pictures and videos. I think it's cool that you can attach an additional module to the camera (extra display, bigger battery) which ensures that you are well equipped in every situation. I mounted my camera on the side of the bike and thanks to the rotating lens I could still record the video straight and didn't have to rotate the video material afterwards.

    Fantastic!

I used to have a GoPro. Now, I have three of these!
Even though the screen isn't a default item any more with the Ghost 4K, the rotating lens is, and that alone is brilliant. But that's not all!
