    Original device AND replacement device BOTH damaged!

    First device AND replacement device BOTH damaged!
    The devices both come from the supplier Conrad.
    Both times the condition of the device was not checked.
    The replacement device was manually repacked into the packaging of     the first delivery.
    A visual inspection should have taken place then at the latest!
    Dilettantish like that.
    I am disappointed.
