First charge the powerbank fully! During the charging process, the display flashes white, but as far as I know, only the part that has not yet been charged...the charged part lights up steadily...try again and let me know...
I felt exactly the same way, and it's a pity that the version with both cables is not offered. The manufacturer would offer it himself.
Hello St.brother-in-law, Which device do you want to charge? With 5V/3A at 60W we come to the required 20V. Many greetings, Xtorm team
Charging with USB C ... It's best to use a charger that is not too weak, but if necessary you can also use a mobile phone charger ...
Yes, the white bar is the battery level of the power bank. However, it is very optimistic for this model. Shortly before the end, the bar is still usually 2/3 full.
Hi Dario Yes, that works. Charge Switch, Surface etc. while in use :) Love, Fox
Hoi - I know this from another brand (Swiss, but with Chinesium noName in it) - and I opened the thing first - but it didn't do anything, everything was so cheap and thin and stuck together... I had to dispose of the part (via sales and a note that the part is no longer in their range, but other junk). I would contact Digitec directly and find out what is possible: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new
Yes, it works. It has a USB-A connection. You can also use a USB-C to Lighning cable. Then it charges faster. There is also a not too cheap cable from Xtorm, with which you can attach the cable directly to the power bank: Xtorm USB C - Lightning (0.10m) However, I can't recommend this expensive cable if you have to use it to charge your iPhone in a bag when you're out and about. It will break too quickly. You're better off buying a USB-C Apple original Lightning cable: Apple USB-C - Lightning cable (1m) Unfortunately, there is no 0.5m with USB-C, only with USB-A. But as already said, charging via USB-A socket also works and is fast. They are Quickcharge certified. I can't say how fast because I don't have an iPhone 7, but a 12 Pro. And I charge it almost exclusively via Macsafe. I also bought the Xtorm FS400 Macsafe powerbank. I use the Voyager to charge my Surface Book 3 via the 60W output and that is fast enough. I hope I was able to answer your question.
I can't charge my Mac book pro 2016 with the power bank! I honestly can't say if there is a solution to this problem.
This is possible with this powerbank, simply also use a 60 W PD power supply. Charging while discharging will simply take longer.
An iPhone X has a battery capacity of 2716 mAh. The powerbank here has a capacity of 26,000 mAh. So not quite 10 times charging. 26'000 mAh / 2716 mAh = ~9.57 times
1. this powerbank (PB) works perfectly for me: charging a Terra mobile 1460P or a smartphone. 2 The tablet is therefore unlikely to be a problem. 3. is the PB also charged? 4. can your tablet be charged via usb c? 5. how much power does your tablet battery have?
Only the number of watts varies, i.e. with some connections your mobile phone is charged faster. Otherwise, it doesn't matter.
I can charge with the Apple MacBook Pro 16 power supply without any problems. It also works for me with a USB-C power supply from HP computers and with the USB-C charger from Xtorm itself (I also use this for the MacBook). Even small USB plug-in power adapters (with a long charging time) charge the powerbank for me. --> Defective charging mechanism of the powerbank
Die Website xtorm.eu hat folgenden Hinweis unter Support/FAQ/Powerbanks: My XB303 doesn’t charge my laptop. What to do? Can your laptop be charged with USB-C? Are you using a USB-C Power Delivery cable? Only this cable is able to provide the minumum watt your device needs to be charged. Are you still finding difficulties to charge your laptop? Please contact our customer support. Ich melde mich wieder, falls ich Antwort erhalten sollte.
have solved the problem
Yes, you can charge the powerbank and have 3 devices plugged into the powerbank and charging at the same time.
The power bank specially designed by HP for the Spectre also has an output voltage of 60 volts, which means that although the power supply unit charges even faster at around 90 volts, charging with the power bank should not be a problem. A full Voyager powerbank should be enough for a complete laptop charge (the Spectre's battery is about 71Wh). I myself use the Voyager to charge my Lenovo Thinkpad, which is relatively similar to the Spectre. I hope you can do something with it.
i can only answer the same as andi. charging is indicated with a flashing charging indicator. Heinz
What is "the normal cable" for you?
Hello 51Zibos, If you can find a USB-C to Microsoft Surface adapter, it would work. Many greetings, Xtorm team
I have also noticed this and am also waiting to see if the Lightning cable will be added to the range as an accessory. Would be very practical, as two USB-C cables are not necessary.
