It's definitely the 9820, I've reported it as an error.
No, an additional S10+ with a slightly larger screen will be launched in the summer. That will then have 5G
First of all, it says Prism Silver in the description and only Silver in the title. So it's a "Prism" colour like the others, but it's still 120 CHF more expensive. Why?
No, I'm still waiting for that too...

On the manufacturer's page, the battery capacity is indicated with a *. *The 3,100 mAh, 3,400 mAh and 4,100 mAh figures are typical values tested under third-party laboratory conditions. The typical value is an average estimated value obtained by taking into account variations in the battery life of the various test batteries tested under the IEC 6196 standard. The estimated (minimum) capacity is 3,000 mAh for the Galaxy S10e, 3,300 mAh for the Galaxy S10 and 4,000 mAh for the Galaxy S10+. Actual battery life may vary depending on network environment, usage pattern and other factors. -> https://www.samsung.com/ch/smartphones/galaxy-s10/buy/
For which use/application?
Not from us yet, unfortunately, because we don't have the device with us yet. As soon as we receive some, we will write an article about it :)
This item is sold out and can therefore unfortunately no longer be ordered. :(
Hello this is an EU version. Thank you
There is such a dongle included, isn't there? The one with the Samsung smart switch app Greetings
You need a Swiss SIM card to activate the phone; once you activate it, you can use any SIM card from other countries. Otherwise, you need to contact Samsung Customer Care (you can find the email at Samsung Official Website) to provide you with an unlocking key code; that code will let you to activate the phone with non-Swiss SIM cards. I suggest to contact/confirm with Samsung first; then to buy.
10% voucher?
Hello, you are on the forum where customers share their experiences. I would advise you to contact Digitec customer service (in my experience, very responsive).
The phone has no simlock, so it can also be used abroad.
It is NOT possible to set the roaming function individually for each SIM card. But it must be defined with which SIM card the mobile data connection is to be established.
I have 2 of them in use, they work perfectly with Swiss SIM (UPC) in the first slot and Thai SIM in the second. The cashback from Samsung was successfully applied for (promotion in October). I don't see any disadvantages.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the invoice for the second-hand equipment has not already been sent in.
Please contact the customer service directly regarding questions about prices.
Yes, Czech is available.
This means that after paying the full price, registering in due time and waiting a few weeks, the cashback will be refunded. The amount of the cashback is paid by the manufacturer and not by Digitec.
Yes, is often the case.
When the device is still new, it is normal. After about 10 to 20 full charging cycles, it will level off.
