Yes both
All common SIM cards work with this smartphone. If you have a SIM card that is "too big", it can usually be "broken out" to the correct size or you can get a new one from your provider. This is usually free of charge.
I am not aware that the P30 lite 256 GB allows QI or inductive charging.
I did not find anything about this in the user manual (https://consumer.huawei.com/de...).
According to information on the Internet (https://cameracreativ.de/faq...), I have read that this is not possible with the Lite version and is only possible with the P30 and P30 Pro.
