HP Notebook power adaptor

Hi, Recently I got a 120W HP notebook power adaptor. I was under the impression that it would come along with the power plug unit. But I got only the adaptor with the connection unit to the laptop. The power plug unit was not added to it. The previous adaptor I had was with US power plug type. I thought I would get something with European power plug to be used around here. Now where can I get the power plug unit of HP notebook adaptors? Please help.
