I guess it depends on the area you live in and / or how many products you have bought in the past. Some customers seem to have priority, apparently. At least, it confirms us that there's definitely no "first-come, first-served" policy. What a shame. I guess most of us will just have to be patient. Thanks for letting us know Michaelsom ! più

@A.F Then I sincerely don't know. Maybe it's just pure luck or based on recent purchases. The area must be important too when it comes to be served first, I imagine. French speaking areas must come second, I guess.

I've purchased it at 15:05 on september 17th, it says "expected today" on my profile. Also asked them if that's correct and they told me that they'll receive the cards today or on monday. Either this review is fake or digitec messed up.. più

Commandé le 17 et toujours rien également. Je suis pourtant bon client. Je ne comprends pas leur ordre de livraison…

@Anonymous Most of us got the "expected today" message on Friday but I contacted them too, a few days ago, and they told me our personal delivery date wasn't a reliable information.

Plus, there was an update on Octobre 2nd at 6 p.m on this page : https://www.digitec.ch/de.... When did they tell you it was going to be on Monday ? If it was before this update, then I guess your information is out of date, unfortunately.

I doubt we'll get the product before mid or late October at the earliest, as stated on this page. At the latest, we would get them in six or seven weeks from now, according to this message, meaning in early or mid November (if it's not delayed again until then). It's best to forget about it for now, in my opinion. più

@Presley5 It was 2 weeks ago, they told me that they are gonna ship the cards after october 5th but yeah this info is probably outdated by now.

I didn't expect to get it on monday anyway, but if it's true that they have shipped the GPU's to those who have ordered it some days ago and left us out, I'd be pissed. più

@Anonymous Some people that ordered after us got the cards but I think it isn't that many people to be honest, maybe it was 10 cards or less, who knows ? They just got lucky, good for them :) ! Too bad it's impossible to get more info for now. We don't even know if we'll receive Watch Dogs Legion as a free game, as expected when preordering the card... Such a shame the communcation is not on point. più

Ordered 2 weeks ago still no expected delivery date. Hope I’ll receive it before the 4080 hits the shelves...

Yeah i guess we will receive cards in november if it goes like this. I ordered mine 22-9 and still says that they dont know when they will be available to ship.

@Preyley5 Seems like the reviews from the guys who have apparently purchased it last week were fake after all because they got deleted lol. My order has been shipped today, so october 5th was quite accurate :D

Oui... c’est trop tard, il se murmure que c’est à cette période que Gigabyte sortira des versions 20 giga des 3080 / et 16 giga des 3070...

Cest cela, les cartes avec 20go arrivent en decembre.. Perso je n'aurai jamais du revendre ma 2080s, 3 semines sans c, jai craquer sur une peyite 970 hier poyr

Apres cette reference est en penurie de partout, quoi que, jai vu une photo d'un revendeur suedois sur facebook avec une palette de strix pleine a craqué.. C'est bien que l'appro se fait... @Prasley5, @Anonymous it can also be that those who ordered the card before the price went up are gone recive it later, or like in the offical Digitec AGB, Digitec can cancel the order and say order it again with the right price now... dont forget the MSRP from ASUS for this OC variant is 850$ and the most shops in swiss changed it to 900-1000 CHF
maybe thats why its getting longer for some pepole who ordered since the 17.09. I have ordered one here and one at STEG, the last e-mails from both shops changed the expected deliverytime form "13.10" or "09.10" to "Keine zuverlässige Angabe möglich; wir informieren wieder." (no reliable Information possible, we contact you again). It feels a bit dubios/weird for me... same as Prasley5 said the communication is not at point at all. più

I’m not sure the pricing got anything to do with that. I preordered it on September 17th before the price went up and received the card today. They sent it on Tuesday night actually but « La Poste / Die Post » acted up and it took them almost 3 days for them to deliver the product but I’m not complaining. Sometimes you gotta be patient.

At first, I got « early October » then it was supposed to be on October 2nd then I got a message saying that it was delayed, last Friday. I thought I wouldn’t get it before November or late October and I kind off gave up and in the end, Digitec managed to get me one today.

Maybe you’ll get yours next week, you never know what can happen. If I can give you one advice : don’t cancel your order, even if the communication is confusing.

It’s not Digitec’s fault if they get no info from Nvidia or Asus, to be honest. The problem is the same all over the world, sadly. Some of us just got a bit luckier. That’s all. più

I also want to add one thing for those who are still waiting for their cards because there's some lack of communication:

Digitec has confirmed me that they have NOT sent out any cards to those who have ordered it after September 18th as of this week, so they are strictly following their "first come first served" policy - price differences should have no influence. They have also deleted the fake reviews. So be patient :) più
