it's actually a 13500 mAh charger with major flaws
Very big disappointment, as a heavy user I need a reliable power source but this is not it. First major issue, this power bank cannot be charged from my Macbooks (i have 3). Then, if you forget /leave your phone on your full battery for the night , in the morning you'll wake up with an almost empty powerbank. It is NOT a 20.000 mAh powerbank, as per the user manual, when using it with 5V devices (as per USB specification) it delivers 13500 mAh - the 20000 mAh is delviered at 3.7V . This is the cheapest quality charger packed in a nice box and the battery case suggests a higher quality product, but it fails in every aspect, starting at the lie that it is a 20.000 mAh charger - no it is not and do not even dream about charging 7 times your phone with this or your Macbook more than 1 time. I strongly suggest to choose anything else, at this pricetag you'll find brand names with long reputation.

If you are not capable of giving more details and just want to write your thoughts then start a blog. Next time leave a review that makes sense and with technical indications or just keep your thoughts by yourself.
If you want some tips how to meassure a powerbank's cells I'd be glad to help you.What I meant is that the product represents everything 'cheap china', but you're up for word twisting games. Also, I never mentioned that i charge my Macbooks from the powerbank in the review, please learn to read and interpret correctly English text. Instead, i would like to charge the powerbank from my multiple Macbooks USB-C ports - which is not possible. Also it doesn't matter which phone I charge from it, it's stupid to assume that I charge only one phone when I mentioned that i'm a heavy user. I charge several Samsung and Pixel phones plus bluetooth headset and gaming console and other stuff with it. If you want to buy this amazing powerbank from me, i'll give it to you with 50% discount, it's barely used. 29 Francs. Thanks and enjoy.
Oh and one more thing :) I do not want to measure powerbank cells, really, but really. I got other stuff to do in my spare time. I'm happy to hear that you have enought time to do so. You are just commenting to force your negativism online on others. Please spare us and yourself this humilitation and take the time to write honest reviews instead of gibberish.
PS: Thanks for the offer but I got already this powerbank and it works better than any other powerbank I got. That's why probably I know how to use it as a "heavy" user.
I need to charge the powerbank from my pc when i travel, while i charge the pc from the one and only available plug. Thinking outside of your tiny little box is not your strength.
Your judgement reflects the fact that you don't take into consideration how other people are using devices. For my use case, this powerbank is a failure, and i also feel that i have been lied to because the powerbank can deliver only 13500 mah and not 20000.Calm down! It's amazing how you say it's only 13500mAh though you didn't even check the batteries properly. Tsstsstss, great review! 🙈
It's written in the product manual that it can deliver only 13500MAh at 5V - i'm not saying it, I've read it in the product manual. It's an important detail which is missing from the product description and it can confuse customers into buying something they don't want. There's a limit of mAh what you can carry on flights.
I'm happy to give the powerbank to you so that you can measure the batteries for me. I can be convinced that I'm not right and then I'll change my rating to 2 or 3 stars.
Because, even if the capacity is bigger, this SHITTY powerbank will be dried out if you leave the phone on it for the night. It's like the power disappears - the phone alone cannot drain such a big powerbank, it would take multiple days.
You must be an Elecjet product manager or a Digitec employee, or a chinese individual defending so vehemently this product. But anyway, you're one person who can not accept another person's opinion.
