There are two more or less known problems with this mouse, but they do not occur regularly for everyone. 
On the one hand, it is possible that the mouse loses the Bluetooth connection after a longer period of "non-use" and thus hangs up. An update of the Bluetooth component on the PC may help. The mouse also needs Bluetooth 4.0.
The second possibility: Are you using the Arc Touch Bluetooth app? It contains a bug as soon as you make changes to the settings. It might help to update this app or to uninstall it completely and test it again.
