I looked at the board and it has at least one slot for this SSD. If you haven't bought the Samsung PM9A1 yet: don't buy it. I bought it and it is not supported by Samsung Magician, so no firmware update either. After all, this SSD runs under OEM and doesn't even come in decent packaging, only in an anti-static case that Digitec found somewhere. So better buy the Samsung 980 Pro, but it's slowed down by the Z490 because it doesn't have PCIE 4.0, only PCIE 3.0. Best to buy the Samsung 970 EVO Plus, which is very good. Greetings
