I don't use the product for gaming, but for films and YouTube music. However, the headphones were created for cinematic sound and in cooperation with Playstation developers also for this sector. I recommend the prospective buyer to enter the product type on GOOGLE and select "technical data" from the results. He will find that he will get a product that he will enjoy!
Product no longer in use, Sony headphones discarded
Hello Flin I would get a bluetooth adapter or wait until the headphones are under 100.- again. I already have the KH(WH-1000XM3) and I think they are better than these headphones. These are also good but not for 284.- I bought mine when they were around 90.-. The difference to the MDR-RF895RK is the connectivity (hdmi Arc,clinch3.5mm,toslink) which enables the surround sound compared to the 3.5 jack connection of the MDR-RF895RK.

Sorry, can't answer it, have already disposed of the device, already broken after a short time, have bought other headphones.
I don't know, what do experts say about this question?
No, it's not. It's a HiFI headset for TV or music. Great quality and multiple connections. I definitely recommend
Yes, the base station has an optical input.should work. I have connected the TV box to it.

Hi Stefasupay2, I recently bought these headphones from Sony. My sound system is connected to my TV via the digital audio cable, and I connected the headphones via HDMI eARC. You should have a port on your TV that is labeled as such (eARC). ARC is a digital channel that TVs use to send audio to a soundbar or A/V receiver via an HDMI cable. You can easily connect Sony headphones to your TV via this HDMI socket on the TV. However, you may have to mute or turn off your sound system if you want to have the audio only on the headphones.
No. Real Dolby cannot be output by headphones anyway. Dolby is only "simulated", which is why it is called Virtual Surround. The headphones can decode or convert various sound effects (DD, DTS, Dplx etc.). In addition, you can switch on a matrix that can scale the signals into DD 7.1. But as I said, this is all virtual, but it works very well. In my opinion, the bass could be a little more powerful. It is very important that you can use all the possibilities of the headphones with which output device you connect them. For example, when I watch Netflix on my PS4, I only get the normal DD signal. If I watch Netflix via my Smart TV, I also get Dpl x This means that stereo sound is also upscaled to Dolby Surround and the matrix also works better. In comparison, I have a more balanced sound with the Smart TV on the PS4. Then it depends on whether you connected the headphones with an optical cable or an HDMI cable. I was once told that not all surround effects come through with an optical connection. I can recommend the headphones without further ado. Only the connection is, as I said, a bit tricky and you might have to try out a few different setups. The problem is especially given if you have more than 2 output devices and want to use the headphones for all of them. As you know, the headphones unfortunately only have two connections.
Hello, I don't have a direct comparison, but I am very satisfied with the WH-L600. However, I mainly use it to watch some TV in the evening and of course rarely with cinema surround.
No, I no longer have these headphones, I fell asleep with them on and then one earpiece broke off (made far too cheaply). Repair far too expensive, warranty refused as it was my fault.
This headset is not meant for that at all, it's really a TV headset, great for TV shows, sports broadcasts and movies. The specific modes are great. It doesn't work directly on wifi without the base and I don't know if it's possible but it certainly isn't. I hope this helps...
Unfortunately, I can't answer that. I am very satisfied with the headphones, but I have only connected one pair.
Yes, the power supply unit is included.

No, this is not possible with this helmet. You need these: Sennheiser RS 175 (Over-Ear, Black) And here are the headphones by themselves: Sennheiser HDR 175 Einzelhörer (Black)
