Can this charger also be used with an iPhone XS (USB C to Lightning) to use Quick Charge?
Apple does not support "QuickCharge"! Instead, it supports the USB standard "Power Delivery". The Aukey PA-Y8 supports both standards. So yes, iPhones from iPhone8 onwards should work.
I can't confirm it but it should work. I need it with an iPhone 7 plus and it charges very fast.
