Questions about Jabra Evolve 65 UC Duo

Good evening, we use a lot of these devices in the office. However, I am amazed at how quickly the ear cups broke off on two out of three devices. Can these be replaced or is this a production fault?

Better the one with the charging base or just the cable?

Do the headphones swivel so that they take up less space (lie flat) in the computer case?

Why don't you list the availability in the shop? I ordered the thing because it says "between Wed 2.12 and Fri 4.12" next to the green dot. But now the order says "Unfortunately, the goods were not delivered on time. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be displayed here." What is this about? Do I have to cancel again now and find another supplier? I have a broken headset and need it in the home office for hours every day. I need a replacement. And I need it now. Not just when someone has taken the trouble to update the availability in the shop so that orders can still come in that can be put off. I understand delays in delivery for COVID-19 reasons, but I don't want to order things that are already known to be unavailable!

Is there any way that I can answer and hang up incoming calls on MAC OS Mojave with the phone by pressing a button on the side of the headset? At the moment I can't do that. Or is there a workaround?

Should a USB Bluetooth dongle be included with this product? I did not find such a dongle in my package.
