The headset has a USB plug, so it does not fit on a smartphone. You may need to try an adapter.

Does the headset work with the Swisscom Smart Business Communication software on the PC?

I do not know this SW. The headphones are connected via USB. If the software you mentioned supports USB, I think it should work. But you might want to ask Swisscom whether the software works with USB-connected headsets.
