I can recommend X-55. Use it with Windows and X-Plane 10. X-55 is used with Macs, see article from 2014: http://asn-xp.aerosoft.com/?page_id=8560 According to Saitek, X-55 is Mac-compatible if X-55 is used with X-Plane 10, see http://www.saitek.com/uk/prod/x55.html. As a flight simulator I can highly recommend X-Plane 10. However, the Mac must be powerful (CPU and graphics).
