Does this adapter get warm / hot quickly? I used to use an LMP adapter. However, after a short time it became so hot that I could hardly touch it. I use the adapter on a Macbook Pro 2017. Thank you very much.

i used it with a dell and only used the hdmi for a screen. so it doesn't get hot!
but if you use a mac and use the charging function of the usb-c plug, then it could get warm!!!
