The Samsung - screen LU28R550UQRXEN (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 28 ") for CHF 214, which I bought from you,
has a kind of malfunction that I can't stop.
It has a blue light underneath, in front of the control button, which you can NOT turn off.
This is quite annoying and should be changed urgently?

The phenomenon you mentioned is probably the power LED lighting up in standby mode. You can find more detailed information on how it works in the user manual on page 9 and page 36, which you can access via the following link:
