Can I connect this screen to the Mac min M1 without any problems? Which screen would be an even better alternative? Thank you for your answer.

Update: With macOS 14.0.1, the screen now works on the Macbook Air via USB-C. However, only with 30Hz, possibly due to my cable.

Unfortunately, I have some bad news. When I connect the M1 Macbook Air to this screen via USB-C, it doesn't work. The Macbook charges, but no image is transferred. I haven't figured out why yet. With a USB-C to HDMI adapter, the screen works fine (at 60Hz). I have tested a few cables and with the cable the screen works without problems on an old Intel Macbook Pro (2018).
