Does the hub still work if I have attached 2 external USB 3.0 disks? Or is the first one ejected when the second disk is connected (as with many other hubs) for MacBookPro 2016

Yes, the hub works with two external USB 3.0 hard drives connected at the same time. No, the first hard disk is not ejected when the second is connected. Plugging and unplugging has no effect on the other drive. I have tried it out: A running Time Machine backup is not interrupted by this. Tested with MacBook Pro 2016, MacOS Sierra 10.2.4, two Seagate 2.5" USB 3.0 hard drives.
