i have used both a pixel 4a and a pixel 5 directly with e sim, but with swisscom. so technically there is nothing to be said against it from the device's point of view. a quick google will tell you that: https://www.digitec.ch/de/page/digitec-connect-mit-esim-jetzt-neu-dank-euch-16278 so this is how it will also work

Am on Swisscom and unfortunately no 5G. Google support says it's the provider's fault and Swisscom blames the manufacturer. According to the Google support page, compatibility for Swiss networks is coming "soon". Otherwise, top device for the price.
They are SIM + eSIM, however with both active at the same time it is limited to 4G only.

That is correct. Of the new(2020) Google Pixel smartphones, only the Pixel 5 has wireless charging. Unfortunately, the Pixel 4a and Pixel 4a with 5G do not.

Basically, if the frequency is supported by the provider, it should be no problem to use 5G.
The Pixel 4a 5G DOES HAVE a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
