I am thinking of buying the toolkit. However, there are several reviews that mention how soft the bits are and how easily they bend. I realise that it's a precision tool, but if the bits are really that bad, it's not worth 20 CHF, including all the plastic tools.

Can anyone share their experience with this?

In our experience, the bits are flawless and of high quality

The tools are absolutely perfect for the job they are meant for. I have had no problems whatsoever with 4 iPhones and one Mac. 
They are not intended for hammering a nail into the wall, but for the extremely delicate repair of the smallest devices.
