Hi, does this set contain the necessary (special) screw drivers to dismount a MacBook Pro (bought in 2016), in order to replace the HDD? Thanks.

Yes. According to Google, you need the following screwdriver caps for the MB Pro 2016:
T5 Torx
T9 Torx
P5 Pentalope
and a small standard phillips-head
