Question about Sonos Boost

I had to take my 15-year-old bridge out of service because of the update of Sonos to S1 or 2. That's exactly why I bought the Boost, which SONOS says is S2-compatible. Now, when installing it, the SONOS app grumbles and says that the Boost is only S1-compatible. Who knows what? What does the product manager think?

Helpful answer

I would ask the Sonos customer service directly. They helped me very competently with a completely different problem. Simpler problems can be solved via chat, if it's more complicated, you can call.
