This is not entirely correct. According to the SWISS baggage rules: "Spare batteries for portable electronic devices / rechargeable battery (powerbank): All spare batteries are only allowed in hand luggage. Batteries with 100 Wh to 160 Wh power, maximum 2 pieces and only after advance notification. Batteries over 160 Wh generally prohibited" So this battery pack with 150 Wh is still ok within the permitted range. I see it as a matter for the customer (i.e. myself) to clarify this. Otherwise, it would have to be noted for every electronic item with a battery that it may not be transported in checked-in luggage.

Probably not. According to the user from this forum (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Business-Notebooks/How-do-I-charge-the-Zbook-Studio-with-a-usb-3-power-bank/td-p/5825373), the Zbook Studio has 2 usb-c ports that support PD (Power Delivery). But since the usb-c 3.1 gen2 standard protocol only transfers PD of 100W, your laptop needs 150W to charge. Therefore, only the original charging cable will work. Quickcharge only works with compatible devices.

In one review, the powerbank reached over 90%, which is very high - normal powerbanks reach approx. 80-89%. Why only 90%: Energy loss due to heat etc.

Beat Kipfer No, this function does not work: you can only either charge the powerbank or charge another device. I have just tried this on my current device (AuKey PB-Y3) with an iPhone.

No, it does not work. Unfortunately, Microsoft has not integrated a USB-C port with USB PD (Power Delivery). The Surface needs a proprietary connection. The different voltages are for USB PD which can switch to a higher voltage. Here is an (incomplete) list of compatible laptops: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_60W/100W_USB_Chargeable_Laptops
