Yes, it is a finished lamp. Without a lamp, the colours could not be offered ;-)

Does the lamp already work with Bluetooth?

As I see it, as with all Hue lamps, an LED strip is permanently installed/glued in place. This cannot be replaced, at least with my ceiling lamps (not very easy, anyway) and should last quite a long time.
