Gude, I have been using the product for about 5 days now and I am very satisfied. But now I'm wondering whether it was a mistake to buy the headset so "shortly" before the release of the PS5. Does anyone know if it will be compatible? If not, is the wireless model a good alternative? I really appreciate the fact that I can change the settings individually, I basically also have this requirement for the alternative model. I would be glad to receive feedback, greetings!

Hello, I have the wireless version, but that makes no difference. The PS5 has no optical input. On the Steelseries homepage it says that you can get an update, but if I understand it correctly, surround is no longer possible, only stereo. I would not have bought it so shortly before the release of the PS5.
