Is it possible to use this microphone without an interface and amplifier? Thank you very much!

No, you can't. It needs either a karaoke box or amplifier. The microphone signal is too weak, so it needs the amplifier. With a karaoke box it's all-in-one!

In the instruction manual from Thomson: http://www.thomson-av-accessories.eu/webresources/article-documents/00131/man/00131598man_cs_de_el_en_es_fi_fr_hu_it_nl_pl_pt_ro_ru_sk_sv_tr.pdf this one is said to be omnidirectional (not unidirectional). I think something is wrong here.

Is the Thomson M152 (mono) also a speech microphone? We want to use it outdoors and indoors for talking with portable battery speakers. Is it suitable for this?
