Hello
I have the same problem at the moment with the same graphics card, that my PC crashes during a computationally intensive load and then reboots itself. Do you also have a kernel-41 error in the event manager? I had the RAM and the power supply replaced today under warranty and will give you a status update if that was the problem.
Can you open the Windows log immediately after the reboot and check the error code.
I had a similar problem a few weeks ago. In my case, it was actually the graphics card. The problem was probably that it was getting too hot. MSI Afterburner showed over 100°.
I can't remember which error code I had. According to the description, it stopped because it had no more power. In principle it did, because the power supply (I have the same one as you) switched off automatically (presumably to protect the other components).
However, the power supply unit may also be broken. There is a trick with the office chamber. You have to google "power supply paper clip test". That's how you'll "probably" find out if it's still intact.
Unfortunately, your CPU does not have an integrated graphics card, otherwise you could have removed the dedicated one like I did and then see if it starts.
