Wow, the iPad (8th gen) with 128GB and LTE seems to be sold out all over Switzerland. According to Digitec, they won't be available again until April. It's almost worth waiting until September for the new devices to come out.

I did a quick google for you: You probably don't have to wait until autumn. There will almost certainly be new iPads in March.
