Would this work with an universal docking station? So I have one desktop, two laptops (from two different brands). I would like to be able to use one monitor, one keyboard and one mouse for all three of them. My idea was to use the laptop with an universal docking station (usb-c) but how do I connect the docking station to the Aten? Would the docking station still charge?

Generally what you like to do works. But the Aten CS1792 only Support 2 PCs. You would have to use CS1794 that supports 4 PCs. You can use this setup with a Docking station. Connect the Docking station to the Aten CS1792/CS1794 (Audio, USB-A, HDMI). Then Connect the Docking Station to the Lapotop using USB-C. The Mouse, Keyboard and Display connect directly to the Aten CS1792/CS1794.
This Way you would have 1 Keyboard, 1 Monitor, 1 Mouse controlling your 3 Computers. (One at the Time)
