Question about ASUS ROG Theta 7.1

With my old cheap headset, I could set it so that I could hear myself LATELY. Then one's own voice is not so dull. This 300.- expensive device can only be set with latency in its own software, as can generally be set in the windows system. How can I set it to be latency-free? If this is not possible, it is a disaster for such an expensive device.....
