With my headphones, one of them can no longer be charged. What should I do in this case? Is it more the case with the charging case or the headphones?

Same problem here. The left headphone does not charge. Tried cleaning the contacts on the headphones and in the charging case with an ear swab and alcohol, it worked the first time but then it didn't work anymore. I could literally use it 2-3 times but then I gave up. Never again bluetooth headphones! I'm going back to wired headphones!
