Question about Lenovo 500 FHD USB camera

Windows does not recognise the camera as Hello-enabled. I can hardly do more than connect it to the USB. Have I overlooked something?

Had the same problem, was only recognised as Hello-capable after rebooting (with prior installation of the drivers).

Two Lenovo 500 FHD USB cameras already purchased. They work perfectly with Hello. However, they should be connected via USB3 (USB2 is too slow).
