Will this travel adapter also work with a 110 volt Aparat from the USA, or do I need a transformer?
The adapter does NOT change the voltage. If your USA device only supports 110 volts, it will fry.

If the appliance you are connecting to the socket does not support 110 volts, then yes. As a rule, most devices indicate the voltage with which they can be operated. On our trip to the USA, we had several chargers with us that worked with both 110 and 230 volts. For risks and side effects, read the instructions for use or ask the manufacturer :-)
