Question about Maxcom KXT481 SOS elderly telephone with

According to my research, Swisscom is disconnecting the connections, so it is no longer possible to connect this phone to a router or telephone line. I doubt that the emergency call will still work. For more detailed information, I would recommend asking Swisscom directly, they can give you a more precise date and your options regarding your plan etc.
