Will this cooler work for a Zotac RTX 2080 ti arcticstorm 11gb? Can't get to grips with the water cooling.

According to the packaging label for NVIDIA, the cooler is both RTX 2080 (TI, Super) compatible

Should never have fitted this cooler. Since then I have had constant thermal problems. Then I threw the GraKa away.
