Will there soon be an update so that you can also transfer the pictures and videos to PCs with Windows 10? Unfortunately, I can only do this with Windows 7. Otherwise, it really is a brilliant smartphone!

Importing pictures from the Mi5 to the PC with Windows 10 is really no problem. It works:
1. via USB cable
2. even easier than downloading from Google Photos

What exactly is the problem? What steps were taken to transfer with Windows 7 and/or Windows 10?

Have you already contacted Huawei support?
