Will the function for selecting rooms/areas ever be available in the update for the Romba 980?

I like the idea of suction (higher, more practical, etc.). But I don't like the idea that you always have to buy new bags. That just doesn't fit in with the times any more.

About the bags: After cleaning more than 3000m2 I still haven't had to change them and I have two cats. At first I didn't think this was up to date either, but I am very positively surprised at how much the dust is compressed in them.
