Why no operating instructions? How do I proceed with Raiffeisen e-banking? Call up the programme, call up the invoice in the payment programme and scan the code?

You can imagine that you have a keyboard in front of you with which you write something in a field. Whether it's a URL in the browser or a barcode in Excel, a text editor or similar. Plug it in, scan the code and it works. For EBankin, of course, the website au must have access to the scanner. The QR code is usually scanned in via webcam.
