Question about Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2060S

Why is this/currently all graphics cards from the 20 series not available? Is this due to the lack of silicon supply when the demand is too high? Unfortunately, this is the second GPU that I bought but was cancelled because it was out of stock! Many thanks for the answer!
